Grilled tiger shrimps are indisputably good, and marinated in soy sauce, which has absorbed the aromas of chili and ginger, become an exquisite appetizer for sophisticated connoisseurs. If you want to add spicy to the dish, then prepare the sauce for the shrimps.

Ingredients:
- Tiger shrimps – 12 pcs.
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp.
- Soy sauce – ½ tbsp.
- Garlic – 1 clove
- Chili pepper – ½ pcs.
- Grated ginger – 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp.
- Wooden skewers – 12 pcs.
For servings:
- Lemon – 1 pcs.
- Cilantro – 2-3 sprigs
- Mango – 1 pcs
- Ground hot red pepper – 1/2 tbsp.
For sauce (optional):
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp.
- Olive oil – 2-3 tbsp.
- Finely chopped chili – ½ tbsp.
- Garlic – 1-2 cloves
- Cilantro – 1-2 sprigs
Grilled Tiger Shrimps – Preparation:
- Wash and clean the shrimps. With scissors or a sharp knife, cut the shell along the back of the shrimp, lightly cut the meat and take out the dark vein, picking it with a toothpick.
- Prepare marinade with vegetable oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, grated ginger, finely chopped garlic and hot pepper.
- Put the shrimps in a dense plastic bag, pour in the marinade, mix and place in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
- Soak in cold water wooden skewers.
While the shrimps are marinated, prepare the ingredients for serving.
- Slice the ripe mango into slices and dab it into the red ground pepper.
- Wash the cilantro and cut it large.
- Cut the lemon into slices.
Cook the sauce.
- Put in a bowl all ingredients and mix them to your taste. Leave the sauce to infuse.
- Take the shrimps from the marinade and remove its excess by wetting with a paper towel. Nail the shrimp on a wooden skewer, starting with the tail, so that shrimps does not curled while frying.
- Heat the grill-pan, lay the shrimps on it and cook for 5 minutes. Turn the shrimps over so that the shell changes color to pink, and they becomes opaque.
- Serve grilled tiger shrimps with lemon slices, cilantro, mango and sauce.
